Henk Maas, owner of Le Vin en Direct, recently received his guests with a glass of Taittinger champagne in Hotel Bloemenbeek in De Lutte. The occasion: a tasting with several wines of the Spanish winery Roda, in combination with dishes created by Chef Lars van Galen, this year’s winner the Golden Chef’s Hat as well as the 45^th Prix Culinaire ‘Le Taittinger’.
